Job Description / Responsibility

Manage patient admission procedure and billing operations effectively.
Handle patient inquiries and provide support.
Process medical bills and payment transactions accurately
Assist in developing and maintaining billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintaining patient due bills status, reporting to the department head, and following up collection.
Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the department head.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
