Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and monitor Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Regulatory Capital, and Minimum Capital Requirement (MCR) in compliance with Basel III and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Collect, validate, reconcile, and consolidate credit, market, and operational risk data from branches, Head Office divisions, and subsidiaries.
Prepare and submit Basel-related regulatory reports, returns, and presentations within stipulated timelines.
Remain updated on Basel III regulations, Bangladesh Bank circulars, and regulatory requirements, and perform any other assigned responsibilities related to capital and risk management.
Coordinate with Risk Based Supervision (RBS) reporting framework.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of credit operations, foreign exchange, and financial statement analysis within the banking sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
