Executive - Fisheries Development/ Aquaculture Project

Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented “Executive” for a Fisheries Development / Aquaculture Project. The incumbent will support the implementation, monitoring, and coordination of fisheries and aquaculture activities in project areas to ensure sustainable fish production and effective community engagement.
Responsibilities :
Assist in implementing fisheries and aquaculture project activities.
Provide technical support on fish farming, pond management, hatchery, and cage culture practices.
Conduct farmer training, demonstrations, workshops, and awareness programs.
Monitor field activities and support achievement of project targets.
Maintain coordination with local communities, government departments, and stakeholders.
Prepare activity reports, documentation, and field updates.
Support budget monitoring, resource utilization, and procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and sustainable fisheries practices.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Fisheries

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in field locations and travel frequently.
