Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor and improve plant growth and health.
Develop and implement fertilization and irrigation plans.
Identify and manage plant diseases and pests.
Supervise nursery operations, propagation, and planting activities.
Maintain growth records and prepare project reports.
Conduct trials and recommend techniques to improve plant performance.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in nursery management or plant production.
Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation, and pest management.
Ability to analyze plant growth issues and provide practical solutions.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Location

Dhaka (Gulshan)

Salary Range
