Job Description / Responsibility
- Pusti Power Agro Feeds is a leading name in the aquaculture sector, specializing in high-quality Fish Feed (Fast Feed). We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing sales team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Search, expand, and set up new & existing dealer networks.
- Assist management in sourcing the best potential dealers.
- Handle order collection & booking; ensure timely delivery from the Feed-mill.
- Frequently visit fish farms and provide technical support regarding feed/aquaculture.
- Conduct frequent market surveys and detailed competitor analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service to both Dealers and Farmers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
- B.Sc (Agriculture) / B.Sc degree in Fisheries
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing/Seed/GM).
- Industry Background: Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience specifically in reputed Poultry / Fish Feed Industries.
- Experience in sales and marketing within a China-based feed company or top-level company will be given high preference.
- Must have a mindset and capability for extensive field visits.
- MBA in Agri-Business / MBA with Major in Marketing
- BSS (Honors) and Masters in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
- Note: HSC pass candidates with extensive relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a great team player.
