Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement dairy production programs to improve milk yield and quality.
Design feeding, nutrition, and breeding programs to enhance herd productivity and genetics.
Manage cattle fattening operations, including feeding plans, growth monitoring, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze operational performance, productivity, and profitability of livestock projects.
Conduct research, field trials, and feasibility studies to support business growth.
Prepare technical reports, performance analyses, and management recommendations.
Supervise farm staff and ensure effective workforce management.
Develop SOPs, conduct technical training, and build organizational capabilities.
Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Master`s/Bachelor`s Degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, DVM, Livestock Management, or a related field

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy, Farming
