Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position of Management Trainee – Marketing. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to aquaculture marketing, sales development, customer relationship management, and market expansion activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, dealers, distributors.
Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence, competitor activities and customer feedback.
Promote company products and services through field-level marketing activities.
Support sales teams in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Organize farmer meetings, product demonstrations, seminars and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit market reports, sales reports and customer visit reports.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within assigned territories.
Ensure effective product positioning and brand visibility in the market.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and product delivery.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years
Only Male
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with relevant experience will be given preference
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid motorcycle driving skill and driving license will be considered an advantage.
