Job Description / Responsibility

Bridge Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a rising and rapidly growing company in the Animal Health Sector in Bangladesh. Recently, we have launched our Aquaculture Division to provide quality services to the aquaculture sector of Bangladesh. We believe in sustainable aqua-farming practices along with Good Aquaculture Practice (GAqP) standards.
Job requirements & responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to provide farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.
Promote and ensure the proper application of company products through on-site demonstrations and farmer meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and stakeholders to drive sustainable market growth.
Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
Achieve monthly sales while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
Organize and actively participate in trainings, workshops, and promotional events arranged by the company.
Prepare and submit timely, accurate technical and field reports to management to support effective decision-making.
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
