Job Description / Responsibility
- C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand operating its business in 14th Countries around Asia & Europe. The company started business operation in Bangladesh since 1998 as a 100% foreign investment. We have expanded our business in different location in Bangladesh, that's why looking for the competent, experienced individuals for its different departments (i.e. Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry, Dairy & Cattle, Food, Farm, Hatchery, Feed Mill, IT, Purchase, Production, Sales & Marketing and Accounts):
- Job Responsibilities
- Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Farm Unit – 16)
- Look after the farm electrical management & technical Service, farm production, cost control. All aspects of the farm's power supply.
- Manage the high-voltage substation, main switchgear, transformers, and the entire power distribution network that farms electricity to every machine in the farm.
- Manage and optimize energy consumption, integrity and functionality of systems of Farm, which control everything from ingredient batching and mixing to pelleting parameters.
- Care and maintenance of all motors and their associated drives of Farm.
- Regularly calibrating and maintaining critical sensors that monitor environment variables, including temperature, humidity, ammonia gas levels, static pressure, and water flow meters. Ensuring the seamless operation of automated ventilation systems, cooling pads, and digital thermostats in closed-house poultry or livestock farms to minimize mortality rates.
- Maintaining an optimum inventory of critical electronic components, sensors, fuses, and cards to minimize production halts due to component failure.
- Monitoring the stable supply of power to sensitive electronic equipment, ensuring protection against voltage fluctuations, surges, and phase failures which are common in rural Bangladesh.
- Keeping precise logs of all electronic equipment maintenance and calibrations to comply with national and internal quality standards.
- Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept.
- Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Hatchery, Livestock, Poultry
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 40 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the farm production industries or relevant field.
- Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.
