Job Description / Responsibility

Location: House-37-38, Road-03, Block-D, Mahanagar Project, Hatirjheel, Dhaka
The Role: We are looking for a creative and dedicated Architect to take charge of client meetings, drive project design development, and produce high-quality 3D visualizations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
B.Arch. from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years in a reputed firm (Highly skilled freshers welcome).
Tech Skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup/Rhino/3dsMax/ArchiCAD, Twinmotion/Lumion/D5/V-ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of BNBC and local approval processes.
Soft Skills: Strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure.
