Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Stay updated on emerging fashion trends.
Work with R&D and merchandising teams to use sustainable wash processes and minimize costs in new developments.
Attend price meetings and present new development samples and seasonal collections.
Ensure all required accessories are arranged on time and follow up on their development.
Monitor the sample-making process to meet delivery deadlines.
Develop embellishments, secure buyer approval, and distribute technical sheets to suppliers.
Maintain development charts to ensure smooth coordination with the merchandising and development teams.
Prepare necessary documentation, including sample tags, EIM scores, and storytelling (if applicable).
Capture sample photos in the studio for virtual sharing with designers.
Arrange internal test reports and ensure samples pass lab tests, collaborating with fabric tech, R&D, and suppliers as needed.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. (Honors) in Fashion Design.
