Job Description / Responsibility

Create innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
Develop new creative concepts based on products, campaigns, or brand requirements.
Design packaging, labels, and promotional materials for FMCG products.
Prepare designs for digital printing.
Create 2D graphics and basic 3D mockups for product presentation and branding.
Design office branding materials, display items, and marketing collaterals.
Edit videos and create motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
Design engaging social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional content.
Execute branding strategies and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Use AI tools to enhance design quality, speed, and creative output.
Coordinate with marketing and management teams to develop campaign visuals.
Perform any other creative or design-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Strong knowledge of creative design principles and visual communication.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design concepts and Design Patterns will be an added advantage.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Experience in packaging and label design for FMCG products preferred.
Knowledge of 3D mockup creation and modern design trends.
Familiar with AI-based design tools and content generation platforms.
