Job Description / Responsibility

- Oversee daily operations of Aiwan Al-Deif Restaurant to ensure top-notch service and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and motivate floor staff, chefs, and customer service teams.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, food hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience and professionally resolve any customer issues.
- Manage restaurant inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Monitor financial performance, manage daily sales reports, and optimize operational costs.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent, professional, and well-groomed personal appearance.
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills.
