Job Description / Responsibility

Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Source suppliers, collect quotations, and conduct price comparisons.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to support business operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Vendor management and supplier evaluation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
