Job Description / Responsibility
- Procurement Management
- Collect and verify Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Source and develop suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor purchase progress and supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement is completed within budget and timeline.
- Conduct regular market surveys and price analysis.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Plan and coordinate material delivery to project sites.
- Track material movement from supplier to warehouse/site.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to projects.
- Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Control material wastage and stock discrepancies.
- Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Develop new vendor sources.
- Evaluate supplier performance periodically.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain procurement and supply chain documentation.
- Update ERP/Excel-based procurement records.
- Submit weekly, monthly & yearly procurement reports.
- Support management with cost-saving initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- University of Chittagong,East Delta University, Chittagong,Port City International University,Premier University, Chittagong students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Only Male
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchase, or Inventory Management.
