Job Description / Responsibility
- Inventory Planning & Control
- Lead end-to-end inventory planning and control for all lubricant SKUs.
- Develop demand-driven replenishment strategies based on sales forecasts and market trends.
- Monitor inventory aging, stock turnover, slow-moving inventory, and dead stock.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess stock.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Plan and oversee nationwide supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability.
- Optimize warehousing and distribution processes for cost and service efficiency.
- Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives without compromising service levels.
- Ensure warehouse stock accuracy and inventory integrity across locations.
- Import & Replenishment Planning
- Coordinate with ADNOC and relevant stakeholders on shipment scheduling, lead-time management, and replenishment planning.
- Align import planning with sales forecasts, business plans, and market demand.
- Systems, Governance & Analytics
- Establish robust inventory governance frameworks, SOPs, and KPI monitoring systems.
- Drive ERP-based inventory visibility and reporting.
- Develop management dashboards and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory management policies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial, Admin, and Warehouse teams.
- Support management in strategic planning through data-driven supply chain insights.
- Build a culture of accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing inventory and supply chain functions.
- Experience in Lubricants, Automotive, Petroleum or Trading organizations will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in ERP-driven inventory management and demand planning.
