Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and manage international purchasing operations across multiple projects, developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Negotiate with international reseller, distributor and OEM for pricing and payment terms. Lead reseller and distributor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring
Generate periodic reports on procurement activities, reseller, distributor and OEM performance, and cost savings for management review.
Coordinate with technical teams, project key account managers, and operations teams to assess material requirements, while liaising with the finance department to address procurement needs and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies and ethical standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks such as supply chain disruptions and quality issues
Monitoring market research of product for Freight forwarder, C&F agent and 3rd party payment vendors for price benchmarking. Train and guide to junior procurement staff to do the best practices and company policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Supply Chain Management
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
