- We are looking for a creative person for our supply chain team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase requisition (PR) as required by the user.
- Ensure the Purchase Order(PO) against PR by coordinating with SCM.
- Ensure materials are received according to PR/PO and actual requirements.
- Monitor the GRN process and ensure timely submission to SCM.
- Maintain department SOP and attend internal & external audits.
- Keep records of PR/PO and received materials.
- Perform physical counting when required.
- Coordinate with other departments, especially quality to release incoming material.
- Perform any other task assigned by the department head.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) / Master’s of Business Administration(MBA)/ BSc in Engineering from a reputable institution.
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- Expected skills in ERP software, Microsoft Office especially in Excel, MIS.
