Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist management in daily business operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and monitor sales-related activities.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and after-sales services.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required by management.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Support management in implementing company policies and operational procedures.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence in English.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Managment
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- English speaking, writing, and email communication are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work in a growing business environment.
