Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage the company`s digital marketing activities across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Capture professional photos and videos of products.
- Edit videos for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Design and schedule social media content.
- Maintain and update website content regularly.
- Coordinate with management to develop branding and marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Web Media/Blog
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
- English speaking, writing, and email communication are mandatory.
- Strong experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software, photography, and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience managing and updating company websites.
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work in a growing business environment.
- Must submit a portfolio of previous work, including videos, graphics, campaigns, social media pages, or websites.
