Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and check LC, PI, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and factories
Monitor shipment schedule and ensure on-time documentation
Maintain compliance with Bangladesh export/import regulations
Follow-up customs clearance and shipping procedures
Maintain commercial files, records, and reports
Support merchandising and finance team regarding shipment and payment process
Handling C&F agent and Buyer agent.
Capable for special task as assigned my management.
Conduct annual procurement plan and monitor monthly procurement plan.
For import- L/C, shipment follow up, clearance & delivery.
For export- L/C, shipment follow up, clearance & make delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Financial Consultants, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Woven Manufacturing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Strong knowledge of LC operation and commercial documentation
Good understanding of Bangladesh customs/export procedures
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Email communication, ERP systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines
