Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Commercial Department. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing commercial and export operations for a brand-new portfolio of major global buyers, including Levis, GU, Primark, Asos, Champion, Mammut, ULAC, and NTS.
Job Description
Manage and oversee overall export areas and the full commercial department process.
Handle the booking of freight forwarders and navigate online portals such as GTN, OpenText, SPL, Podium, and log net.
Manage deemed export and direct export procedures.
Oversee customs, banking, and C&H (Clearing & Forwarding) handling processes.
Coordinate directly with financial institutions and external logistics partners to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance
Postgraduate degree is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 35 years
Only Male
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial/export operations.
Software Skills: Clear, advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Proficiency with ERP systems, Logic, and Oracle software is highly desired.
Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
Comprehensive, end-to-end knowledge of the export process.
Strong understanding of commercial department workflows.
Excellent data management skills using Excel and computer applications.
