Job Description / Responsibility

Perform receiving, transaction, dispatch, inspection and handling of materials and proper documentation
Maintain physical stock and inventory record of materials
Coordinate with head office store, & Commercial for required materials
Intensive communication with commercial team for ordered materials
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Maintain Daily GRN & FPO for ERP software.
Implement official assignments when instructed by the supervisor or management.
Regularly monitor inventory levels and generate reports for management.
Supervise store staff to ensure proper execution of store functions.
Carry out any official assignments as instructed by the supervisor or management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
