Job Description / Responsibility

To plan, coordinate, and monitor Contract Manufacturing & Toll activities in line with business and supply requirements.
To ensure timely execution of production plans at contract manufacturing facilities.
To oversee compliance with approved manufacturing processes, cGMP requirements, and company quality standards.
To review production schedules, batch manufacturing records, and production performance reports.
To coordinate with QA, QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
To monitor production capacity, productivity, yield, and operational efficiency of toll manufacturing partners.
To investigate production deviations, implement CAPA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
To support technology transfer, process validation, product scale-up, and new product launch activities.
To participate in vendor qualification, audits, and performance evaluation of toll manufacturing facilities.
To prepare management reports and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and supply reliability.
To ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
To supervise and guide the team.
To perform any other responsibility assigned by the Director, Operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical production with hands-on exposure to batch manufacturing, BMR/SOP compliance, and toll manufacturing coordination
