Job Description / Responsibility

Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation through final shipment.
Communicate effectively with international buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.
Coordinate with factories on product development, sampling, costing, production, and delivery schedules.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment while meeting customer requirements.
Follow up on raw material sourcing, trims, accessories, and production status.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required quality standards.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, purchase orders, and production reports.
Resolve production, quality, and shipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company policies, and industry standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 33 years
Only Male
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Good command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of quality standards, compliance requirements, and supply chain coordination
