  • Plan and allocate orders between knit and woven facilities based on machine capability, capacity, and order specification requirements.
  • Prepare and present capacity vs. booking (CM/order booking) reports, utilization reports, and order status reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE) for line efficiency, SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) analysis, and manpower planning.
  • Manage and resolve order prioritization conflicts in case of capacity constraints, in consultation with Top Management and Commercial teams.
  • Conduct risk assessment for new orders regarding lead time, capacity availability, and raw material sourcing before order confirmation.
  • Work closely with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure production plans align with buyer quality and compliance requirements.
  • Develop contingency plans for production disruptions (machine breakdown, raw material delay, power outage, etc.) to minimize delivery risk.
  • Maintain and update planning software/ERP systems with accurate order, capacity, and production data.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the planning team; ensure smooth knowledge sharing and succession within the department.
