Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive contract strategies that align with the company`s business goals and objectives.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.
Lead and manage a team of contract managers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Negotiate contracts with various parties, including vendors, contractors, and developers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor contract costs and identify opportunities to reduce spending.
Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, legal counsel, and vendors.
Address and resolve contract-related issues promptly and effectively.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale developments.
