Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, issuance, return, transfer, and dispatch of materials/products as per approved procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the software-based system, including GRN, issue, return, transfer, and adjustment entries.
Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as GRN, NCR, stock reports, reconciliation records, write-off documents, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GWP, QMS, EMS, safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Production, QAD, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, PD, Compliance, and other relevant departments for smooth warehouse operations.
Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical verification to ensure stock accuracy.
Report any stock mismatch, damage, shortage, excess, expiry, or other abnormalities to the supervisor on tim

Educational Requirements

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
