Area Manager - Marketing & Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned division/territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and product visibility.
Manage and supervise Sales Representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper distribution and availability of cosmetic products in the assigned area.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching to the sales team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales & Marketing
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Sales & Marketing
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)
