Job Description / Responsibility
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for selling all Residential & Commercial space of Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd.
- Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
- Lead every customer efficiently & effectively as a consultant and achieve sales target.
- Generating leads through contacting potential & existing customers on the phone calls, referrals, field visit and events.
- Find prospective client by door to door field visit and generating leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
- Conduct client meetings, property/project visit, and follow ups to close deals.
- Address customer inquiries, concern and objections with professionalism and confidence.
- Provide accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities and payment options.
- Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.
- Maintain update records in CRM systems, follow-ups and communication history.
- Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Team Leader & Cluster Head on regular basis.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
