Job Description / Responsibility

We are one of the fast-growing real estate development companies in Dhaka, committed to delivering premium residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Executive, Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. If you have a passion for real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to hit targets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital leads to build a robust client pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and prospects, providing them with excellent customer service.
Property Presentations: Arrange and conduct project site visits with potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our properties.
Sales Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals effectively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide feedback to upper management.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in (Major in Marketing is preferred, but not mandatory)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 35 years
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities
Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure
Smart, presentable, and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to conduct client meetings and property presentations
Willingness to travel and visit project sites as required.
Prior experience in Real Estate sales will be an advantage.
