Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare electrical and EME budgets for projects including internal electrification, communication systems, substation, generator, lift, CCTV, PABX, solar, LPS, PA system, and lighting works.
Prepare budgets for mechanical systems such as fire protection, fire detection, ventilation, and pressurization systems.
Analyze BOQ, site quantity consumption, and project cost.
Coordinate with vendors and SCM for updated material rates.
Maintain project costing documents, reports, and records.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

6 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
