Job Description / Responsibility

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
Receive, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures are followed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and parcels.
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for management and departments.
Maintain meeting room booking schedules and visitor arrangements.
Assist in preparing official documents, letters, and reports when required.
Maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative matters.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor and manage office stationery and reception-related supplies.
Support HR and Administration departments with routine administrative tasks.
Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
