Job Description / Responsibility

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and generate leads
• Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert interest into sales
• Maintain strong knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure timely and accurate content posting
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
• Arrange and conduct site visits with interested clients
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities systematically

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
• Prior experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Confident in making sales calls and client interactions
• Tech-savvy (email, basic CRM tools, messaging platforms, etc.)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
