Job Description / Responsibility

Lead, supervise, and manage the marketing and sales team
Guide marketing executives on outbound sales strategies and client handling
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and drive conversions
Ensure all marketing content and campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand positioning
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and oversee deliverables
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects
Personally engage in high-value client interactions and site visits
Ensure a strong follow-up culture within the team to maximize conversions
Maintain a balance between aggressive sales targets and a professional brand image
Drive overall team sales performance and revenue growth
Ensure consistent lead conversion through structured follow-ups
Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support and close high-value deals when necessary

Educational Requirements

Masters
Masters degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 40 years
Experience in the Bangladesh real estate industry (Dhaka region preferred)
Proven track record in real estate sales and team management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Tech-savvy (email, CRM systems, digital marketing coordination)
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Experience managing premium or high-end residential projects
Strong understanding of Dhaka real estate market dynamics
Ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
