Job Description / Responsibility

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets for all projects (Housing, Resorts, Land Sales).
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse sales team; establish KPIs and performance-tracking metrics.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis to identify emerging trends in City Development and Land Share investments.
High-Value Networking: Directly manage relationships with HNW (High-Net-Worth) individuals and corporate investors.
Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to final registration/handover coordination.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Planning departments to align product offerings with current market demand.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bangladesh Real Estate Act, land registration processes, and the "Land Share" investment model.

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Land Management, Real Estate, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 46 years
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in Real Estate sales, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills in both English and Bengali.Attributes: A "closer" mindset with a strong commitment to the company’s Sustainable Development values.
