Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective marketing and client acquisition strategies.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful property sales.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to booking.
Lead marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and revenue generation.
Coordinate with management to implement strategies for maximizing sales performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Educational Requirements

Master of Professional Marketing (MPM)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Age 25 to 50 years
Proven ability to generate and close real estate sales is mandatory.
Candidates with a strong sales track record in the real estate sector will be given priority.
Sales performance will be a key KPI for this position.
Exceptional performers who achieve significant sales milestones will be eligible for fast-track promotion and attractive performance-based commissions.
