Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect booking money and down payment from the new client & Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
- Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
- Find Prospective Clients by door to door field visit.
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
- Collect the required documents from the customer.
- Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.
- Visit prospective customers and explain project features.
- Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other employees.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.
- Right and positive attitude for promoting companies product and brand image.Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
