Job Description / Responsibility

Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and real estate development projects.
Calculate material quantities, labor requirements, equipment costs, and subcontractor expenses.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare budgets, bid proposals, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure estimate accuracy.
Update and maintain cost databases and estimating records.
Conduct risk assessments and analyze project feasibility from a cost perspective.
Assist management in project planning and financial forecasting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

7 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
