- Job Responsibilities
- Lead business development and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Promote and sell real estate projects while providing tailored property solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand sales channels to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and management to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Mentor junior team members and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- 05 years’ experience in Real Estate Company.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MSOffice.
