Job Description / Responsibility

Assist the Chief Engineer in planning, directing, and supervising all civil engineering and construction activities.
Manage multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects from inception to completion.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper implementation at project sites.
Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and other applicable laws and standards.
Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, BOQ, work orders, and contractor bills.
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Lead and mentor engineering teams to enhance productivity and performance.
Prepare periodic project progress reports and present updates to management.
Ensure effective quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout all project phases.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 20 years
