Manager /Assistant Manager /Channel Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and manage channel sales networks.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and submit them to management.
Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives.
Develop and manage the company’s marketing programs, including implementing marketing plans and budgets.
Negotiate large contracts, manage pricing strategies, and ensure profitable sales volumes.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for management review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Experience Requirements

Experience in sales and marketing will be preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as required for business development.
