Job Description / Responsibility

A-1 Plastics OPC (Poly Recycle Factory), one of the country's promising environmentally friendly industrial enterprises, is seeking to recruit a number of skilled, dedicated, and hardworking employees on a permanent basis to strengthen and enhance its production operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's Degree (Honours) or equivalent Degree.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience & Skills:
Practical experience in managing the production floor of a plastic or poly recycling factory.
Strong floor management, shift supervision, and workforce management skills.
Ability to lead production teams and achieve production targets efficiently.

Location

Dhaka (Ashulia)

Salary Range

Negotiable

Other Benefits

Salary: Negotiable (Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience) Festival Bonus: Two festival bonuses annually on the occasions of Eid. Additional Benefits: Other facilities and benefits as per company policy.
