Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location:
Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Investigate production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Control production costs while maintaining quality and productivity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing or process optimization.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
MBA/ Masters in any discipline.
Educational qualifications are relaxed in terms of experience

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years
Experience in a reputed manufacturing or multinational company is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Preferred age: 30 years and above.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
Experience in managing production teams and achieving production targets.
Hands-on experience with inventory management, machine utilization, and cost control.
Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
