Data Entry Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Enter production, inventory, sales, and purchase data accurately into ERP/software systems and Excel databases.
Maintain daily records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products including switches, sockets, MCB, MCCB, and related electrical accessories.
Prepare and update production reports, stock reports, delivery records, and inventory reconciliation statements.
Input and verify import, export, customs, and LC-related data as instructed by management.
Generate product codes, BOM (Bill of Materials), and production batch records in the system.
Coordinate with Production, Store, QC, Commercial, and Accounts departments to ensure accurate data recording.
Monitor stock movement and update inward/outward material transactions.
Maintain supplier, customer, and product master databases.
Verify documents, invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and production records before data entry.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper document filing.
Assist management in preparing reports related to production efficiency, inventory control, and sales analysis.
Perform routine backup of data and maintain proper electronic and physical records.
Support ERP implementation and system updates when required.
Perform any other data management and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP software is preferred.
Good English speaking & writing skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preference will be given to those who know the Chinese language.
Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of hard work.
Experience in a Switch, Socket, Circuit Breaker, or Electrical Manufacturing Company will be given.
