Should have excellent knowledge of Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
Problem handling/solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
It should be dedicated to completing daily tasks.
Skill in Internet Browsing
Any other task assigned by the management.

Must be comfortable working evening shift (06:00 PM to 11.50 PM)
Must have good typing speed.
Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS
