Job Description / Responsibility

- Time (Day Shift) 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
- Time (Night Shift) 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

- 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
- We’re looking for motivated and dynamic Telesales Agents to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication. This is a Office-based role with the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company.
- 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Engage with potential clients via phone to generate interest and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Follow up with leads and prospects, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Track and report sales activities, including call volumes, conversions, and customer feedbacks
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve team and individual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
Educational Requirements
- O Level
- A Level
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
- 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year in telesales, customer service, or related field.
- 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a team.
