Job Description / Responsibility

Techno World Education BD is looking for a skilled, experienced, and responsible Assistant Computer Operator for its Japan Student Visa File Processing Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and organize documents such as passports, visas, and other official papers
Perform file scanning, data entry, and maintain records in ERP systems
Receive and dispatch letters, messages, and documents while maintaining proper records
Provide customer support and necessary information professionally
Handle phone calls professionally and transfer them to the appropriate person
Report complex issues to the Team Leader as required
Perform any other duties assigned by management

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Japan Student Visa File Processing/There are opportunities for newbies too.
Must be proficient in Bijoy Bangla Typing
Typing speed of 30–40 WPM in both Bangla and English
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
Skilled in document preparation, verification, and file management
Responsible, honest, and punctual
Good communication and coordination skills
