Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and manage Quality Control, Microbiological, and Pharmaceutical Production activities in compliance with GMP, cGMP, GLP, WHO, and DGDA guidelines.
Conduct microbiological, chemical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, purified water (RO/WFI), finished products, and stability samples.
Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements and regulatory standards.
Oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing, dispensing, compounding, and packaging processes to maintain product quality and safety.
Maintain Batch Production Records (BPR), SOPs, laboratory records, and quality documentation.
Perform in-process quality control checks, line clearance, and contamination control activities.
Monitor laboratory operations, including instrument calibration, validation, and maintenance.
Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Lead and coordinate departmental personnel to ensure operational excellence and productivity.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Practical experience in Quality Control, Pharmacy, Microbiological, or Biochemistry departments within the pharmaceutical sector.
Sound understanding of laboratory safety protocols and data integrity.
Strong communication and team-handling capabilities
