Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- Frista Group is expanding its global Business Intelligence delivery capability to support a leading European manufacturing organization. We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Power BI Developer who can transform complex data into meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with international stakeholders while delivering intuitive and high-impact dashboards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, analytical priorities, and business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Design, develop, and optimize executive-level dashboards and interactive reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Build and maintain scalable semantic models and reusable reporting datasets.
- Develop advanced calculations, measures, and business logic using DAX.
- Create standardized reporting structures across multiple business domains and functions.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Challenge ambiguous requirements and recommend improved reporting and analytical approaches.
- Collaborate closely with backend data engineering and data integration teams for seamless data delivery.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are visually professional, intuitive, and decision-focused.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality, performance, and user experience.
- Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
- Present dashboards, analytical findings, and business recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Showcase a portfolio of previously developed BI dashboards and analytics projects, demonstrating business impact, data storytelling, and visualization capabilities.

- Masters
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
- SAP Certification in relevant ERP modules (Preferred)
- Professional Certifications (Preferred):
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce Startup, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 38 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and performance optimization.
- Strong command of DAX and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data visualization principles and storytelling techniques.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience in KPI framework design and KPI DNA mapping.
- Strong data management and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with international clients or global teams will be considered an advantage.
